Concrete Admixtures
Admixtures are chemicals or additives that are added during the mixing process of concrete to enhance specific attributes like workability, durability, longevity, and strength.
Ashtech's concrete admixtures are a new generation polycarboxylic ether-based hyper plasticizer for high-performance concrete and mortar for water reduction, air entrainment, retardation, and self-compaction.
Waterproofing Systems
Waterproofing is the process of creating an impervious barrier that prevents water from entering various areas of a building structure. The waterproofing system is a collection of
interconnected components that work together to prevent moisture infiltration into the facility. Ashtech's waterproofing coatings are seamless and flexible, making them ideal for use in sunken slabs, water tanks to ensure water tightness, bridges, terraces, building exteriors, plywood surfaces, tunnels, and inverted roofs. Colors are available in a variety of hues.
Title Adhesives & Mortar
Ashtech's polymer modified flexible and rapid setting tile adhesive is ideal for title installations. These adhesives are much thinner than the sand-cement combination.
The materials are intended for the permanent installation of ceramic tiles on indoor surfaces, as well as in submerged settings like swimming pools, ponds, and toilets.
Surface Treatments
Surface treatment is an effective procedure for improving the surface layer's quality and for maintaining the concrete structure. For surface protection,
Ashtech's surface treatment products include an oil-based mould releasing agent, a concentrated and emulsified water-based mould releasing agent, a wax-based concrete curing compound, an acrylic resin based- aluminized concrete curing compound.
Precision Grouts & Anchors
Ashtech's polyester resin-based anchoring materials are ideal for high-strength and long-term anchoring. These are cement and resin-based products used to fill spaces beneath
load-bearing components. Grouted concrete anchors are post-installed bars that are sealed with a high strength grout. It is extensively used to fill holes beneath machines or other structural parts, seal gaps and openings in surfaces, and to strengthen existing structures.
Industrial Flooring
The flooring requirement for industries differs from that required for commercial buildings. They are intended to be more durable and resistant to severe traffic and weights.
Ashtech's industrial flooring products improve abrasion resistance of old and new concrete, reduce dusting, and bond monolithically to the underlying concrete, making them excellent for any traffic circumstances.

Joint Sealants are polymer-based sealants used to fill and protect joints between two substrates in building and construction design applications.
Ashtech's sealant solutions are used to seal internal and exterior non-structural fractures in walls, ceiling angles, and staircases, as well as to fill expansion joints in most civil structures such as highways, subways, and bridges.
Concrete Repair & Rehabilitations
Repair and Rehabilitation products from Ashtech are used for traditional repair of honeycomb structures of concrete and to fill recesses in damaged concrete structures.
The products are essentially a retrofitting and the addition of chemicals to extend the life of the structure.
Bonding Agents
Adhesive and bonding agents are chemical agents that connect or join surfaces by providing structural strength. Ashtech's adhesives and bonding agents are used to
alter and strengthen the bonding of cementitious floor toppings; repair big cracks, and bond-precast concrete segments in tunnels, flyovers, and industrial structures to speed up construction while providing a structural and water-resistant joint.
Protective Coatings
Ashtech's protective coating is a layer of chemicals applied to the surface of other material to hinder or prevent corrosion.
They protect all forms of concrete structures that are subjected to harsh environmental conditions, such as salty environments, sulphates, chloride ions, carbonation and much more.
Cement Grinding Aids
Cement grinding aids from Ashtech are added in miniscule quantities to cement clinker to help in the compaction of the clinker into powder.
It enhances grinding efficiency and allows for a reduced cement retention period, making it a performance booster and energy saver. It improves cement strength by lowering the amount of water used in flyash-based cement.
